My UI 2.0 (3.1)


My UI 2.0 previously "My Hunter UI", now "My UI" My UI Description: My UI is exactly what it says, a UI I made specificly for my 19 twink characters. This does not mean you have to be a 19 twink to use this UI, it will work for any level and any class. I do not take credit for writing any of the addons provided in my compilation, I simply find addons that work for me, keep an eye on them for updates, and am sharing my UI with everyone. My UI changes frequently, but the core is always the same, a UI that does all I need it to do while leaving maximum space on the screen for my viewing pleasure. Special Install Instructions: This file is zipped using Winrar (can be found at www.rarsoft.com) Just drop the addons directly into your addons folder You do not need to drop this entire folder into your wow folder, just the addons, not the "My UI 2.0" folder. It is always good to start clean with a compilation ui. This means cleaning any old addon saved variable files from your WTF folder. Frankly whenever I make a large ui addon change, I delete the whole WTF folder and start fresh. THIS WILL WIPE ALL BLIZZARD CONFIG SETTINGS, SUCH AS VIDEO, SOUND, ETC You can alternatively delete any offending saved variable files in your wtf folder that you think may interfere with this ui. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ADDONS LIST: Below you will see a list of my addons, a basic command for each to bring up their options menus. (cause it can be confusing and I already figured it out, so you don’t have to) and any notes I left for each. (by NO means do my notes cover what each UI does, just things I think are cool about it. AddOns Updated As Of: 07/14/09 AckisRecipeList-r2109 This is awesome for my Engineer, Fishing and Mining skills, it is nice to be able to see all available recipes. Also tells you if it is drop or vendor. Command for Configuration Gui: /arl Alternatively you can go through Blizzards default menu system by clicking the interface options, then clicking the addon tab, then choosing the Ackis Recipe List -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- AuctioneerSuite-5.6.4334 (Preview) If you post at all on the auction house this is a HUGE boon, batch posting of items is an excellent way to make cash off grind xp. Command for Configuration Gui: Auctioneer comes with a slidebar type gui, which pops out when moused over. It is located by default on the right hand side of your screen just under the minimap. It is practically hidden against the side of the screen, move your mouse around there until it pops up. It also contains configuration settings for: Gatherer Enchantrix Bean Counter Auto Magic -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Adcanced Trade SKill WIndow This addon completely revamps the trade skill window for crafting. Command for Configuration Gui: ATSW can be brought up by clicking any trade skill hotkey. Click the "options" button to configure. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Adcanced Trade SKill WIndow Levels (Plugin) This addon adds the ability to see the character & skill levels required to craft an item. Command for Configuration Gui: No commnad url needed, works automaticly. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ara Broker Guild Friends This addon adds a Guild/Friend list to my Titan Panel. A much better Guild/Friend list then the default UI one. Command for Configuration Gui: No commnad url needed, works automaticly. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Atlas This addon adds a mapping system for instances. Including info on which boss mobs drop which items. This does NOT replace the normal mapping ui, ie, pressing the map button. Command for Configuration Gui: /atlas options Alternatively you can go through Blizzards default menu system by clicking the interface options, then clicking the addon tab, then choosing the Atlas -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Atlas Loot Enchanced This addon adds extra options for previewing the loot items while Atlas is open. Command for Configuration Gui: /atlasloot options Alternatively you can right click the Atlas Loot minimap button for options -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bagnon All bags in one, highly customizable, enough said! Command for Configuration Gui: To access the Configuration settings for Bagnon, open your inventory (“b” key by default), right click the top border of your inventory for config options. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cartographer 3.0 Direct quote from author “This is a map addon for World of Warcraft that replaces the map and offers shiny features.” Command for Configuration Gui: /cart Alternatively you can go through Blizzards default menu system by clicking the interface options, then clicking the addon tab, then choosing the Cartographer 3 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Census Plus Census Plus polls all current active players on your Faction side, ie, horde or alliance and provides a comprehesive list. Command for Configuration Gui: /census Alternatively you can clcik the Census minimap button. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CowTip 3.0 A highly customizable tooltip replacement. I found this while looking to update my old tooltip addon and thought this looked more useful for my needs. Command for Configuration Gui: /cow -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dominos This addon alters all your hotbars, this is HIGHLY customizable and is THE CORE addon to this compilation UI Command for Configuration Gui: /dom Alternatively you can go through Blizzards default menu system by clicking the interface options, then clicking the addon tab, then choosing the Dominos -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Equip Compare This addon adds the item your wearing as a preview against an item your looking at. Command for Configuration Gui: /dom Alternatively you can go through Blizzards default menu system by clicking the interface options, then clicking the addon tab, then choosing the Dominos -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fishing Buddy I love being able to double click to fish. Command for Configuration Gui: /fb -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Gatherer How anyone who has a gathering tradeskill could live without this addon is beyond me. This addon show all gathering nodes on your world map, knowing where they are if half the battle! You MUST download the Gatherer Database as well. Command for Configuration Gui: /gatherer options Auctioneer comes with a slidebar type gui, which pops out when moused over. You can access the Gatherer button there and click config button from that screen. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- GathererDB Wowhead This database must be applied to the gatherer addon through the in-game gui. IT adds pre-found nodes all over the world. Command for Configuration Gui: /gatherer options Look for the Heading “Plugins”, click the sub-heading “Database”, click the button that says “Import”. This will import all the latest node updates for the world map. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Genie This ui addon auto-sorts items in your bags. This addon is incredibly useful if you are grinding instances for drops for your twinks, oor if you carry tons of stuff iny your bank or inventory Command for Configuration Gui: /genie work This command runs genie once /genie auto This commnad make genie work every time you loot itmes or switch inventory screens -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- InspectEquip InspectEquip attaches a panel to the inspect window that shows a list of the character's equipment sorted by source (i.e. Raid: Ulduar, PvP, Crafted...). This gives you a quick overview of a character's equipment. Command for Configuration Gui: inspect equip works automaticly when ever you inspect someone -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MikScrollingBattleText I found this while trying to find an update to another mod. Have yet to test it……The screens looked great, floating combat text surround the character instead of float up, it appears Command for Configuration Gui: /msbt -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Minimap Button Frame This addon can gather up all your minimap buttons and place them in a highly configurable ui anywhere on your ui screen. Command for Configuration Gui /mbf config -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mob Info 2 This addon provides useful information about mobs in an extra tooltip format when hovering over a mob. Command for Configuration Gui /mi2 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mob Info 3 Database This addon provides a database of information already aquired by other players. To add this database, when in-game, use the /mi3 command and click on the "database" tab, then clcik "start the import" button. Command for Configuration Gui /mi3 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Monkey Quest The MonkeyQuest AddOn for World of WarCraft displays quests and their objectives in a nice drag able frame in a very customizable way. Command for Configuration Gui /mquest help -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Monkey Buddy The MonkeyBuddy mod allows you to easily configure your MonkeyMods with a nice config window instead of nasty slash commands. Command for Configuration Gui Just click on the little Monkey in the bottom right corner of the mini-map to open the window and select a MonkeyMod tab. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- OmniCC OmniCC is an addon that adds text to items/spells/abilities that are on cooldown to indicate when they'll be ready for use. Command for Configuration Gui /occ -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Outfitter Changes outfits on the fly with a single hotkey. Command for Configuration Gui In the upper right hand corner of your character sheet (“c” button by default) is a drop down arrow, click that to access Outfitter options. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Postal Postal offers enhanced mailbox support. Just go to your mailbox as normal and see the extra options, very nice mail mod. It consists of 30+ modules which each add some functionality to the WoW chat interface. There is literally a module for just about everything chat related. Command for Configuration Gui /prat -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Quest Helper HUGE Props for this addon, tracking quests on the worldmap with custom thumbtacks, and sooo many more options. Command for Configuration Gui /qh settings -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Recipe Radar Recipe Radar assists players in finding recipes. It knows about vendors who sell recipes in the current region or by profession. It has a number of filtering options and can even locate vendors on the world map. Command for Configuration Gui Can not locate a / command, however the mini-button is on the mini-map -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- RicoMiniMap Very cool minmap alternative, many options. Command for Configuration Gui /rmm Alternatively you can can right click on the minimap itself, which will pop-up the options menu -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sell-O-Matic As simple as going near a merchant and opening their trade window, then you can click on the sell button. By default it will sell all gray items and use no sell or save list. Command for Configuration Gui Sellomatic config an be found in your Blizzard Interface options, under addons -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Simple Buff Bars What I love about this addon is it take buffs and attacks/timers and places them all in a handy and customizable movable timer bar. Command for Configuration Gui /sbb -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Titan Panel Titan Panel places a hotbar at top or bottom of your screen giving you useful info on your character via Titan Panel addons.
